Who is this for?
Electrical contractors and rental companies that deliver temporary power, distribution and technical crews for festivals and events.
Do I have to replace my rental or planning software?
No. Porta handles everything around the job — requests, quotes, power plans, changes and client communication. Keep your stock and invoicing where they are.
How does the AI know my prices?
It learns from your rate card, your rules (like “inspection on every temporary installation”) and the quotes you sent before. Nothing goes to a client until you send it.
What does it cost?
Nothing during the beta. After launch, there is a one-time €500 setup — we load your price list, past quotes and stages for you — and plans start at €99 per month per company. Beta members get a founding-member price.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU. Your customers, prices and files are only visible to your team — and to each customer only their own page.
